Additional Persons aged 5 years or over --------- $3.00 per night

Mono County Taxes are applicable for stays under 1 month.

We have 1 rental trailer available, Minimum rental 2 nights.

All utensils for cooking & eating, bath & hand towels & bed linens are included
in rental rates. This unit has a color TV and VCR .
If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason you have until 2 weeks prior to your arrival
date to cancel at no charge. If you cancel within 2 weeks and prior to 1 week of your arrival date
there will be a cancellation fee of $25.00 per site. If you cancel within the 1 week of your arrival
date we reserve the right to charge the full amount per site for the entire length of the stay unless
we are able to fully re-book the say then there will only be the $25.00 cancellation fee.
